You have 24 hours after placing your order to submit your cancellation. After this time frame, we are unable to honor your request
Order processing for extensions and ready to ship wigs is 3-5 business days and raw wigs are 14-21 business days. These processing times can be extended depending on the circumstances (eg. waiting for customer’s reply). Shipping and handling time is 2-5 business days.
All sales are final for extensions.
Exchanges are allowed for wig if the wig has not been worn or tampered with within 3 days of receiving it and the return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer.

For security and fraud prevention, addresses may not be altered once the order has been submitted.
